  Brought dog in to check a tumor, after chatting with doc she went to work up an estimate, but sent it back with assistant. I asked to ask a couple of follow up questions with the doctor, (I did not know we were done), and waited, and waited. I then asked for a phone call, I am still waiting to hear back, (it's been a week). They don't seem too interested in communicating with pet owners. This is a deal breaker for us.

  Very caring staff. Allowed us to make non pressured decisions on care. Fees very reasonable. Gave us immediate appointment as new clients. Took time to answer questions and explain. Highly recommended!
